Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our marketing systems and processes to create better visibility into our core business metrics. This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible marketing team at a company with demonstrated growth velocity.
The core objective of this role is to continue to optimize our marketing tech stack and processes around it. We are currently using Marketo as our core marketing automation platform connected to a Salesforce instance. You will work closely with our senior marketing operations manager as well as other colleagues in marketing, sales and business systems to optimize our pre and post event flows, lifecycle strategies, enhance lead and data quality, and consistent reporting.
What you will do:
- Marketing technology
- Contributing to the selection and implementation of future marketing technologies by helping to define use cases and necessary integrations (particularly with Salesforce)
- Implementing and maintain processes and usage of martech stack
- Becoming an expert in all aspects of the MAP and ensuring the marketing org is using it to maximum advantage
- Event and Lead Process Management and Efficiency
- Continuing to build and maintain the logic that ensures leads, contacts and accounts are getting to the right sales reps at the right time
- Bringing in new systems to ensure complete datasets to help route leads and companies to the correct campaigns
- Owning the end-to-end process for lead ingestion, specifically managing the cleaning and uploading of high-volume lead lists from industry events and webinars
- Campaign Optimization and Support
- Supporting the marketing team in running campaigns and automation programs
- Measuring and reporting on impact, identifying areas for improvement
- Being a strategic partner to all stakeholders including peers across the sales and marketing
- Consistently improving SmithRx's processes and playbooks
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- B2B Tech marketing experience with 3-5 years of admin experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and other software tools
- Adaptability to succeed in a fast-moving, fluid environment as one of the first marketing team members at SmithRx
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
