SALARY: £39,825 to £44,250
LOCATIONS: Edinburgh, Bristol or Leeds
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites
About this Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Embark Pensions team that supports customers to meet a range of complex pension needs.
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customer teams, collaborating with our external partners to improve customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role involves:
Processing data using established procedures and testing new procedures to see how we can improve on existing methods.
Helping senior colleagues with ownership of 3rd party and adviser relationships.
Conducting independent research using primary data sources and selecting relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
Solving problems as they arise and managing escalation processes. Managing relationships impacts, finding the best technical and /or professional solutions, chasing to successful resolution and identifying key trends.
Organising and preparing complex documents by using multiple computer applications such as Microsoft office whilst also gathering and summarising data for special reports.

What You’ll Need
Experience of managing large sets of data in Excel.
Experience of making customer journeys and processes clearer and simpler, delivering better outcomes for customers.
Evidence of taking financial data, working independently in a commercial setting to produce accurate insight and supporting commentary from multiple sources. Producing storyboard packs up to a senior level.
Experience of working with Suppliers and 3rd parties in the financial services industry would be extremely useful.
