As our Payroll Partner Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our global payroll partner network delivers exceptional service for our customers. Working at the intersection of customers, partners and internal teams, you'll build trusted relationships, drive operational excellence and ensure our payroll partners consistently meet the high standards our customers expect. You'll also identify opportunities to improve performance, support growth and strengthen our global partner ecosystem.

- Own relationships with our global payroll partners, acting as the primary point of contact and leading regular operational and strategic reviews.
- Work closely with Operations to monitor service performance, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring customers receive a consistently high-quality experience.
- Lead the resolution of complex service issues and escalations, coordinating internal teams and partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Champion our payroll partner network internally, ensuring partners are engaged, informed and considered across business initiatives and change programmes.
- Use data and customer insight to identify trends, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support governance activities, including audits, compliance and risk management, ensuring our network operates to the highest standards.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships, expand services and support business growth.
- Help shape and evolve our global payroll partner network, including onboarding new partners and continuously improving partner performance.
