Why Aisle?

Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We’re changing that.

Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we’re creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.

We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across the US, Europe, and Israel. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.

You'll drive our application security product strategy from vulnerability detection through AI-powered remediation. Working at the intersection of AppSec tooling and autonomous AI agents, you'll define how enterprises secure their software development lifecycles—from code repositories through CI/CD pipelines to production deployment.

This role requires deep expertise in the application security vendor ecosystem and a keen understanding of where autonomous remediation creates breakthrough value over traditional detection-only approaches.

What you’ll do
  • Own product strategy for application security—spanning SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC security, secrets detection, and AI-powered autonomous remediation

  • Define product roadmap based on customer needs for securing SDLCs, CI/CD pipelines, and code repositories

  • Analyze competitive positioning against AppSec vendors to identify differentiation opportunities and market gaps

  • Drive innovation in AI-powered vulnerability remediation for application-layer threats, dependency risks, infrastructure misconfigurations, and secrets exposure

  • Work directly with Security Engineers, AppSec teams, and SecOps practitioners to understand their workflows and challenges

  • Partner with engineering to deliver solutions that security teams trust and adopt

  • Balance autonomous capabilities with enterprise requirements for safety, compliance, and security governance

  • Drive key metrics around remediation effectiveness, MTTR reduction, and customer value delivery

  • Operate independently—justify your strategy, make decisions with limited oversight, and drive execution

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in application security, DevSecOps, or software development with hands-on experience securing code and applications

  • Deep understanding of SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC security, and secrets detection—you've used or evaluated modern AppSec tooling

  • Application security workflow expertise: You understand how security teams triage, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities at scale

  • Competitive analysis experience: Track record of analyzing AppSec market positioning and identifying product differentiation

  • Independent operator: Proven ability to work autonomously, justify strategic decisions, and drive execution without constant oversight

  • AI/LLM systems experience preferred—familiarity with how AI can enhance security workflows

  • Product management fundamentals: Proven ability to learn from customers through research, interviews, and data

  • Startup mindset: Make decisions fast, iterate, and thrive in ambiguity

Bonus points
  • Previous experience as AppSec Engineer, Security Researcher, or Software Engineer with security focus

  • Shipped or launched AppSec products in the SAST/SCA/DAST/remediation space

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS, OWASP standards)

  • Experience with vulnerability management platforms or security orchestration tools
