YOU WILL VIBE WITH USWe are looking for a Product Manager to support our current & future product portfolio, in ways that will strengthen and boost Edenred presence in the market. For this role, you need to have business acumen, being able to understand customer and market needs, conceptualize new offerings, be analytical. On top, you should be eager to learn new technologies and products in the financial sector that greatly affect how our products are served and supported.Product Management: Housekeep existing and develop new solutions that combine the latest technologies, advanced UI/UX, market trends and customer needs. Create and maintain product collaterals, including specifications, manuals and presentations. Support the product development process by analyzing technical and operational requirements and maintane a clear product roadmap, pipeline and timelines. Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.Go-To Market. Develop strategies for launching new products that address the full range of tasks from conception to launch,  including packaging, marketing & training material, sales goals, and pricing plans. Create impactful product messaging that highlights technical features and unique selling points for customers. Collaborate with sales teams to provide training on the technical advantages of products.Market Analysis. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Analyze data to extract actionable insights that inform product development strategies. Identify market opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones. Understand the technical features of products and their relevance to market demands.Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with development and design teams to define requirements for new products. Align marketing and sales goals to implement unified strategies successfully. Facilitate communication across departments to resolve technical or operational challenges efficiently. Stakeholder Communication. Present product strategies and updates to internal and external stakeholders. Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements and drive the delivery of tailored solutions. Coordinate communication between teams to align priorities and manage timelines effectively. Continuous Learning. Stay informed about emerging technologies that impact the product portfolio. Explore new tools and methodologies for market analysis and marketing strategies. Participate in training programs and seminars to enhance technical and professional skills.Pricing & PnL Management. Manage the product pricing and PnL, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor costs related to product development, marketing and lifecycle support, and adjust plans as necessary. Prepare financial forecasts and reports to track product profitability and performance. Closely monitoring of stock and prepare consumption forecasts.We will vibe with you
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or similar field
  • 5-7 years proven experience in Product Manager/Buyer Positions
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, etc)
  • Ability in market research, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative Problem-Solving skills and the ability to innovate
  • Working knowledge of MS suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, word) & Adobe Acrobat
  • Fluency in Greek & English
