About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive execution and delivery across product initiatives for an AI-based DLP and DSPM cloud platform. This role ensures predictable delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and high-quality releases across SaaS environments.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and go-to-market teams to manage priorities, unblock delivery, establish operational rigor, and run releases end-to-end. The ideal candidate is highly structured, execution-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Own execution across multiple concurrent product initiatives to deliver an end-to-end AI-powered DLP and DSPM cloud platform

  • Drive planning, milestone alignment, and delivery tracking across Engineering and Product teams

  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines; ensure issues are escalated early, and mitigations are defined

  • Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams (planning, grooming, standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews)

  • Ensure teams have a sprint-ready backlog with clear scope, acceptance criteria, and priorities

  • Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enable efficient execution and improve delivery predictability

  • Remove blockers by coordinating across Engineering, Product, QA, and partner teams

  • Own release execution end-to-end: readiness planning, branch cut coordination, release gating, rollout sequencing, and stabilization

  • Coordinate staged rollouts across customer segments (e.g., Beta and GA), ensuring operational readiness and strong customer experience

  • Define and operationalize rollback and mitigation strategies to address issues quickly during rollout

  • Build and publish monthly operational metrics and ensure follow-through on retrospectives and action items

Who you are
  • 4+ years of Program/Project Management experience in an engineering organization (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to drive cross-team execution, manage dependencies, and deliver on timelines

  • Strong experience with Agile delivery practices and running ceremonies across multiple teams

  • Experience owning release planning and execution in SaaS environments, including stabilization and rollout coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering crisp stakeholder updates

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity through structure, planning, and persistent follow-through

  • Experience working on cloud security products, data security, or AI-powered platforms

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS release management, staged rollouts, and feature flag strategies

  • Familiarity with operational readiness and cross-functional launch enablement
