Job Title: Program Manager – E-Commerce Strategy & Technical Discovery
Location: Onsite in Victoria, London at least 3 days weekly
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a 4–6 week strategic discovery engagement across a multi-brand eCommerce landscape.
- Manage week-by-week progress across technical and strategy workstreams, ensuring alignment with client stakeholders and internal consulting teams.
- Maintain and track the overall engagement plan, including daily standups, milestone reviews, stakeholder interviews, and system walkthroughs.
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions with business, product, and IT teams to extract priorities, risks, and decisions.
- Track dependencies, blockers, and scope creep to preserve momentum within a compressed timeline.
- Coordinate the development and refinement of final deliverables, including:
- Target-state architecture & platform evaluation matrix
- Operating model recommendations & rollout roadmap
- Executive-ready summary presentations and board-level materials
- Ensure transparency and proactive communication via structured status updates, issue logs, and decision registers.
Background:
- 8–12 years of program management experience in digital transformation or strategy consulting engagements, preferably in multi-brand or global commerce environments.
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams of strategists, architects, analysts, and product owners in fast-paced consulting projects.
- Adept at working across CMS, Commerce, PIM, DAM, and data platforms, with understanding of agile delivery and technology lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive structure, resolve ambiguity, and align executive stakeholders within high-pressure discovery timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing board-level documentation.
