Lead a 4-month refurbishment of an agricultural livestock building in Chippenham. Oversee asbestos stripping, cladding, concrete works; manage site safety (CDM), subcontractors, compliance, and client/main-contractor liaison. Ensure required certifications and references are in place.
Job Description
Currently been approached by a new client for a Project Manager in the Chippenham area for a new project to start in Feb 2019.
The Project will include refurbishment of an agricultural livestock building, approx 4 months work. Works including stripping asbestos, cladding, concrete works etc.
Candidates Must have the following@
- CDM experience.
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS / First Aid
- Main Contractor Experience
You will be leading this project from a Client / Main Contractor side
