The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery while driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. This role blends talent advisory with strategic sales, requiring a proactive individual who can both fill roles and build a strong client portfolio.
Recruitment & Talent Advisory
Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to client presentation and offer management.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries and functions.
Develop and execute candidate marketing strategies to attract, engage, and position top talent to clients, including talent mapping, employer branding, and targeted outreach.
Utilize job boards, networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring insights.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems.
Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted talent partner.
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closing, and account management.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, service offerings, and SLAs to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients.
Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell HR consulting services (e.g., HR outsourcing, training, salary surveys).
Stay updated on market trends, industry movements, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to identify new opportunities.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues proactively to maintain strong partnerships.
Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and career fairs.
Build the company’s presence through LinkedIn and professional communities.
Contribute to employer branding and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in recruitment cum business development, or a client-facing role.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue or sales targets in a recruitment environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and CRM tools.
