We are an ambitious IT consulting company delivering software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure services to businesses worldwide. To fuel our growth, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Sales Manager (Client Lead Generation) who will drive new business opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and play a key role in expanding our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and pipeline growth.
  • Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, partnerships, events, etc.).
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong long-term relationships with decision-makers in SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct online meetings, present company services, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Continuously research IT market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Existing database of clients in IT sector – MUST!
  • 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, or software development companies.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals in international markets (Europe/USA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or managed services models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of IT decision-makers, tech founders, or startup ecosystems.
  • Experience selling cloud, cybersecurity, or software development services.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead-gen automation tools.
