Helmes (ex. TeleSoftas) is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team! We’re looking for someone who always strives for excellence, has a sense of ownership, and can work independently. The project is short-term. Estimated delivery time 3-6 months. (With the possibility to extend the cooperation after the project ends)
We are developing a desktop application for a leading German manufacturer of high-quality power tools, including smart Bluetooth-enabled tools. Our mission is to simplify the daily work of their service professionals, who currently rely on five separate applications, by bringing all their tasks into one seamless solution.
Challenges you'll tackle:
- Develop APIs, integrate databases, and manage local and remote data storage.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Prepare clear technical documentation.
- Ensure robust integration with third-party libraries, SDKs, and Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the product manager and business analyst.
Requirements
Skills for success:
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework/.NET Core/.NET 5+.
- Experience with desktop application development using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or Windows Forms.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and related development tools.
- Experience with deployment and installation processes for desktop apps.
- Knowledge of how to integrate third-party libraries and SDKs.
- Familiarity with security practices for desktop applications.
- Practical experience in programming systems that interface with physical equipment via Bluetooth.
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Good communication and collaboration skills

For this position, we offer 2 800 - 6 446 €/month gross salary. The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
