Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET)

We research, design, test, and ship category leading software for mid-market and large enterprises in financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and technology. 

Responsibilities:    

• Design and develop software using latest technologies; 
• Investigate, evaluate, design, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to develop sustainable software solutions for our clients; 
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables;   
• Promote high personal coding standards and agile methodologies (Scrum) within the team and hare expertise and best practices in software development; 
• Analyze tools, frameworks, platforms, and processes to identify the best fit for new projects;   
• Leverage technical expertise to proactively find solutions for complex issues, while understanding and considering the clients business needs;  
• Contribute to the design and evolution of our software architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. 

Requirements: 

• Experience in software development, demonstrating a record of accomplishment of delivering impactful and results-oriented solutions; 
• Familiarity with software testing frameworks and methodologies; 
• Proficiency to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and accountability in driving projects forward; 
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills; 
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail; 
• Willingness to adapt to innovative technologies and frameworks, clients’ needs, demonstrating ownership and initiative in staying current with industry trends and best practices;   
• Experience in Agile development environment; 
• Fluent communication in English.
