We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to lead the delivery of complex business change initiatives and mentor a small team of Business Analysts as demand for business analysis capability continues to grow. The team works closely with Business Operations, Finance and Technology Services across UK offices. Successful applicants will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes, influence strategic change roadmaps and develop leadership capability within a collaborative, inclusive environment.
This role can be based out of any of our UK offices. Our standard working hours are 9.30am–5.30pm, and we operate a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home working model, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience delivering business analysis across large-scale business transformation, process improvement and technology change programmes within a legal or professional services environment
- Proven experience mentoring or coaching Business Analysts within a delivery environment
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies alongside business change and transformation approaches
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience, including workshop facilitation and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Experience developing, embedding and continuously improving business analysis standards, templates and ways of working within a change or delivery function
- Experience working within complex programme or portfolio environments, including resource planning, prioritisation discussions and third‑party engagement

The first stage is usually conducted virtually, with the second stage held in person at the office in which the role would be based.
