You’ll join one of PandaDoc’s engineering tracks - Customer Value track. Customer Value track designs and delivers complete end-to-end solutions in our Product, so we can unlock new markets and bring new happy customers to PandaDoc! Our main goal is to bring new MRR by expanding product-market fit from the Sales team to the Revenue team use cases.
In our Track, we care about our customers and we strive to help them succeed in their business.
In this role, you will:- Collaborate with teammates and write new code that meets product requirements;
- Maintain existing well-formulated code and library components;
- Review, maintain, and refactor existing code to meet the requirements for improved or new features;
- Participate in the full application (feature) lifecycle from concept to release;
- Collaborate with teams to understand product vision and follow requirements
- JavaScript;
- Event Sourcing;
- React;
- Redux;
- Redux-saga;
- Sass/styled-components;
- Webpack;
- Jest/enzyme;
- Playwright.
- At least 5+ years of development experience with JS;
- Strong understanding and experience in HTML and CSS;
- Strong experience with React/Redux;
- Experience in designing the application architecture, knowing the patterns and best practices, understanding SOLID and DDD / Clean architecture;
- Experience in creating and implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests;
- Experience in application performance management and code analysis;
- Proactive problem-solver, willing to grow autonomous worker;
- Passion for new technologies and ready to lead engineering initiatives to help the company reach its goals;
- Comfortable with understanding/learning backend concepts;
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
