Role Overview
PeopleFluent is looking for a Senior Network & Security Engineer who doesn’t just "manage" infrastructure but owns it. We run a high-availability SaaS environment where performance and security are non-negotiable. If you are a technical leader who prefers clear documentation over "heroics" and stable architecture over quick fixes, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with long-term company objectives.
- Execution: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and framing to launch and post-release optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure organizational alignment and seamless delivery.
- Data-Driven Discovery: Utilize quantitative data and qualitative user research to identify pain points and validate new feature ideas.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize features and technical debt effectively, ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value tasks.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers regarding system architecture and API design.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into "human" language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: A proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
We value radical candor, autonomous ownership, and continuous learning. We aren’t just building software; we’re solving problems that matter. If you are someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves a good challenge, you’ll fit right in.
