We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve and own Agora's investment management, embedded payments, and financial services solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and product positioning, working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and financial services teams from pre-sales to customer engagement, upsell, and cross-sell. You'll gain a deep understanding of customer needs, conduct insightful market and competitive research, and translate findings into compelling messaging and effective marketing materials that bridge the gap between software and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and our evolved offering, ensuring stakeholder alignment across channels.
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Define and refine strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate Agora’s unique value in a way that resonates with our target market.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, informing strategic product, marketing & messaging decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Create impactful collateral (battlecards, slide decks, case studies) and narratives for the GTM team that highlight our capabilities and benefits.
- Packaging & Pricing: Evolve pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer value perceptions and market conditions to maximize revenue potential.
- Metrics & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives, enhancing ARR impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
