What you will do

  • We understand that our people are foundational to our success. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strategically enhance our growing team of professionals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, and possesses a deep understanding of talent acquisition dynamics. This role is crucial for not only filling immediate openings but also for planning long-term talent needs, ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent in a competitive landscape.

  • Strategic Talent Planning:

  • Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand future business directions and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that encompass workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and market data to proactively address talent gaps and forecast hiring needs.

  • Advanced Candidate Sourcing:

  • Employ a variety of sourcing methods to tap into diverse talent pools, including direct sourcing, targeted headhunting, and engaging with passive and active candidates through specialized digital platforms,
  • Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Enhance candidate engagement through personalized communication and strategic relationship management.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for strategic roles, enhancing our agility in meeting business demands.

  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  • Lead the selection process with a keen eye for candidates who not only meet technical qualifications but also align with Remedy’s cultural and strategic vision.
  • Oversee the offer negotiation process, ensuring it aligns with market standards and internal equity while maintaining candidate engagement and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate team leaders and people ops to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience that integrates new hires into Remedy’s culture and partners effectively.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Utilize advanced analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Present data-driven reports and improvement suggestions to senior management regularly.
  • Employ predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and potential challenges, positioning Remedy ahead of industry trends.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary talent advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and strategic guidance on all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of recruitment and advocate for best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

What should my qualifications be?

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years specifically recruiting in the tech sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical roles and the unique challenges of sourcing talent within a technology-driven industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies that meet both immediate and long-term business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and the recruiting team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex and detailed information to all levels of management. Fluency in English with a minimum B2 level required, C1 preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and recruitment technologies.
