Job Description
- Develop and execute reporting and analytics strategy, establishing priorities and guiding the team to achieve set milestones.
- Oversee all stages of reporting projects, including consultation, data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.
- Create and refine metrics, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Act as the Tableau Subject Matter Expert, leveraging advanced knowledge in Tableau server management, data modeling, and visualization best practices to support dashboard development and troubleshooting.
- Mentor, train, and supervise analyst-level team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships with technology teams, corporate functions, and business leaders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Document and enhance reporting processes, proactively driving standardization and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and team members
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer, including expertise in dashboard and report creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including server management, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong technical capabilities with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to write intermediate-level SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn new tools and technologies
