Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- English- mother tongue
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving results and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems into execution plans
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and other relevant technology platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the executive team, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports which *capture decisions, commitments, and action items with precision
- Drive progress on initiatives that span cross - functional teams ensuring clarity, momentum, and delivery
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability
- Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing and implementing process improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on various business matters
- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Prepare internal and external messaging (board materials, all-hands, investor updates)
- Act as a connective layer across the organization to improve coordination and execution on strategic priorities
