Are you ready to take ownership of Amazon marketplace success and drive growth in a sector that truly makes a difference? We are looking for an Amazon E-Commerce Manager to join our healthcare team and lead strategies that maximise visibility, profitability and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise Amazon listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong brand presence.
  • Drive sales through promotional planning, A+ content creation and effective advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon activity with trade plans and overall business objectives.
  • Analyse pricing, approve invoices and resolve queries to maintain profitability.
  • Monitor account performance, including Buy Box, inventory health and conversion metrics.
  • Deliver detailed reporting and lead client review meetings to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Advise clients on best practices for navigating Amazon’s ecosystem and achieving long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role, with proven Amazon marketplace expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Experience managing product listings, implementing new channel launches and optimising for SEO.
  • Skilled in data analysis using finance systems and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver on KPIs.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
