What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise Amazon listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong brand presence.
- Drive sales through promotional planning, A+ content creation and effective advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon activity with trade plans and overall business objectives.
- Analyse pricing, approve invoices and resolve queries to maintain profitability.
- Monitor account performance, including Buy Box, inventory health and conversion metrics.
- Deliver detailed reporting and lead client review meetings to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Advise clients on best practices for navigating Amazon’s ecosystem and achieving long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role, with proven Amazon marketplace expertise.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience managing product listings, implementing new channel launches and optimising for SEO.
- Skilled in data analysis using finance systems and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver on KPIs.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
