As an E-Commerce Manager, you will shape best-in-class digital experiences that elevate PERGOLUX’s global e-commerce performance. You’ll own key parts of the digital funnel, lead CRO and SEO strategy, and drive measurable improvements across UX, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design, PERGOLUX is scaling rapidly across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America — and you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our next phase of digital growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a structured A/B testing and CRO program to increase conversion rates through UX, product page, and checkout optimisation.

  • Own the full digital customer journey end-to-end, identifying friction points and implementing solutions that streamline the path to purchase.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility and reduce reliance on paid channels.

  • Create and optimise automated marketing workflows, including email sequences, abandoned-cart flows, and lifecycle campaigns that drive revenue.

  • Implement robust analytics, tracking, and performance reporting to improve funnel health, channel efficiency, and ROI visibility.

What You’ll Bring
  • Several years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing high-growth online stores, ideally in home improvement or outdoor-living sectors.

  • Strong CRO expertise with experience in A/B testing, UX principles, and optimisation tools.

  • Solid technical and strategic SEO skills across content, technical setup, and organic growth frameworks.

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), funnel measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Technical fluency with HTML/CSS, Shopify (including Flow, Scripts, and Apps), and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo.

Benefits
  • An international work environment in a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunities.

  • Hybrid work model (80% on-site / 20% remote).

  • Ergonomic workstations and modern Apple/Windows laptops.

  • Employee events at various locations (summer party, Christmas party, after-work gatherings).

  • Access to the Corporate Benefits portal.

  • Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products.

  • Motivated and supportive colleagues who help each other.

  • Strong focus on professional development and skill-building.

  • Free drinks and snacks.

  • Employee referral program.
