In this role, you’ll report directly to the HR Director based in Israel, gaining visibility into global HR strategy while playing a hands-on role in local execution. This role is a perfect "career-scaler" for someone who enjoys being the primary point of contact for employees and managers while learning how international HR strategy is executed on the ground.

  • Office Champion: As we operate with a lean team, you will take a hands-on approach to our workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment and managing local office operations with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset.
  • Legal Compliance: Maintain and update policies to ensure they remain legally sound and compliant with regional labor laws.
  • Systems Management: Take ownership of HR data and regional systems, ensuring accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Rewards & Benefits: Support the delivery of local perks and compensation processes in collaboration with global teams.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Practitioner: You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist, ideally within a tech-forward environment.
  • Labor Law: You possess a strong working knowledge of UK labor laws.
  • International Awareness: Familiarity with European labor markets (such as Spain or Germany) is a significant advantage.
  • Adaptable & Practical: You are happy to balance high-level people support with the essential administrative, and office tasks that keep a team thriving.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are quick to learn new systems and enjoy using technology to improve HR processes.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: £65,000–£75,000 dependent on experience
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus
  • A hybrid, flexible work culture
  • Private Medical Insurance (PMI) for self and family
  • HealthShield Cash Back Plan
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Plan
  • Life Cover and Income Protection
  • Enhanced Family Policies
  • Global exposure and the chance to make a real impact
  • An opportunity to learn and grow professionally, with access to ongoing learning and development (e.g., LinkedIn Learning)
