Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and workforce plans
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies across UK and EU markets
- Ensure recruitment processes are inclusive and aligned with best practice
- Manage agency relationships and recruitment budgets
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance conversations, and people development
- Support managers with organisational design, restructuring, and change initiatives
- Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Analyse HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement data) to inform decision-making
- Oversee onboarding and probation processes
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Facilitate performance review cycles
- Contribute to succession planning discussions
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
- Support audit and governance requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience operating in a business partnering capacity
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working in a matrix or international organisation
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of at least one additional EU language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) is a strong plus
- Experience supporting multi-country EMEA populations
- Experience in technology or SaaS environment
- Data-driven mindset with HR analytics exposure
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking
- Sound judgement and discretion with confidential matters
- Commercial awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
