Provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a Joules retail store, helping customers select products and creating an exceptional shopping experience. Supports store targets, works collaboratively with the team, and maintains retail operational standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas. The role is a four-hour-per-week Sunday position in Bristol Cribbs.

Provide excellent customer service, promote and sell products, maintain attractive merchandising and displays, process payments, manage inventory and stock (cycle counts, SKU checks, replenishment), handle guest queries and complaints, ensure store cleanliness and FIFO for perishables, assist with deliveries and vessel safety duties as needed.
