Assist customers with product information, purchases, promotions, and inquiries. Maintain attractive shelves by packing products, monitor inventory, update customer information, communicate effectively, and operate cash registers or scanners to support sales and customer service.

Provide friendly, professional customer service at the trade counter and in-store; learn product selection through training; maintain store presentation and cleanliness; receive deliveries and manage stock; follow company procedures and promote the brand.

Provide excellent customer service, promote and sell products, maintain attractive merchandising and displays, process payments, manage inventory and stock (cycle counts, SKU checks, replenishment), handle guest queries and complaints, ensure store cleanliness and FIFO for perishables, assist with deliveries and vessel safety duties as needed.
