Assist in providing a full secretariat service to the Group and its overseas subsidiaries. Manage subsidiary, branch and other entity management/compliance, statutory documentation, and ad-hoc projects. Support M&A Team on merger & acquisition projects. Assist with review of UK subsidiary accounts. Provide support to other Legal team members.

Collect monies due to Atkins by clients on a timely basis, communicate with customers via telephone and email, resolve disputes, maintain customer account records, meet cash targets, and advise on potential issues on accounts.
